DigitalWebX was founded in New Delhi in 2017. The work in the early years was what most young agencies do — brochure sites and small business websites for clients who needed to exist online at all. What changed the shape of the company was being asked for things that did not fit that mould: a mapping integration for a state government, a national campaign site, a retail platform expected to survive a festival season.

Those projects pushed us to build capability in-house rather than subcontract it, which is why a company of this size runs twelve service lines instead of two. It is also why the team spans design, development, testing, infrastructure and marketing rather than being developers alone.

450+ projects over eight years works out to something in the region of one a week, every week, since 2017. That rate is only sustainable with repeatable process, which is the honest reason we work to fixed stages rather than improvising each engagement.

A team in the fifties is the size where specialisation becomes possible but bureaucracy has not arrived. In practice that means the person who designs your interface and the person who builds it are in the same organisation and usually the same conversation.

Clients across India — we deliver remotely from New Delhi, with a dedicated project manager per engagement. Remote delivery is now normal across this industry; what varies is whether there is one named person accountable for your project, and there is.
